Returns

Courtmania wants you to know that you need to apply for refund within seven days from the date of the invoice. Full return or refund will be made in the form of a credit note or e-coupon. Items must be in their original, unused and undameged packaging. Only original packages with all attachments and products still wearing their original tags will be accepted. 

Return requirements include:

• Receiving the incorrect product or size. 
• Damaged product was delivered to you. 
• The item you received does not match the website’s description.

RETURN & EXCHANGE FEE

Within Dubai the exchange of the products is free of charge. Return cost is 30 AED per order.

For the rest of the UAE exchange of the products is free of charge and return cost is 50 AED per order. 

For international shipments the exchanges and returns fees are subject to the shipping company.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Please note that only one exchange is allowed per order within seven days of the invoice date.

All exchanged products will be shipped back to you free of charge via the same method of shipment as the order.

CANCELATION OF ORDER

You may cancel your order without giving a reason before the shipping. Call us to get an assistance. 

SHIPPING COST

The weight and delivery method of your order determine the shipping cost. Add the things you want to buy to your cart to calculate the price of your shipment. The shipping costs will be shown on the checkout screen as you continue to the payment page.

Sales taxes, duties or any other fees will be charged extra depends on the territory to which the package is shipped.
